Family plans are also available with a portion paid by team membersAnnual profit-sharing bonusPaid time off and paid holidays401K with company match and safe harbor contributionsWork environment focused on high quality and safety standards What You’ll Be Doing Supervising and leading a team of Demand Planning Specialists responsible for monitoring and analyzing customer demand and forecast entries while resolving order parameter violations.Overseeing the forecasting process to ensure accurate, data-driven resultsOptimizing inventory levels across facilities to support customer needs while maintaining inventory goalsAnalyzing data to lead continuous improvement efforts in the forecasting processIdentifying, discussing, and solving inconsistencies within raw EDI transmissions and Kinetic behaviorCollaborating with teams to ensure inventory with business and customer goalsSupporting resolution of inventory discrepancies and challengesBuilding engaged and empowered teamsPerforming other duties as assigned WCI has grown from $50M in annual sales to more than $375M in the last 10 years. During the same period, we have added 5 new locations bringing the total up to 9, including 1 located internationally. That growth has provided an opportunity to further expand our vision with our customers and increase our capacities. Requirements What we are looking for: High school diploma or GED (required)4-year degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration/Management or another relevant field (preferred)In lieu of 4-year degree, a 2-year degree in a relevant field with equivalent work experience (required)Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiencyAbility to maintain professional demeanor in a variety of settingsStrong communication skillsAdvanced inventory management skills including forecastingBuilding and sustaining a healthy team and cultureContinuous Improvement application and/or leadershipExperience with Epicor ERP system
