Demand Planning Lead
About the role
The Demand Planning Lead is a crucial part of our Supply Chain team, reporting to the Demand Planning Manager. As the Demand Planning Lead, you will be responsible for aligning the Haleon supply chains more closely with the businesses and leading collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain for Haleon.
Role Responsibilities
- Maintain high-quality relationships with commercial teams and QSC counterparts to fully understand the whole supply chain and impact of decisions made.
- Generate and analyze baseline forecast to ensure robust & realistic demand signals.
- Supports demand shaping through market intelligence and drives product life cycle management in close collaboration with supply chain functions and commercial organization.
- Analysis of demand trends and the competitive landscape.
- Consolidate demand, scenarios, and assumptions to validate aggregated forecast to be brought into the Demand Review Meeting.
- Monitor demand plans for promotions and new products, working closely with the commercial teams to ensure the plan effectiveness is evaluated & linked into demand plans.
- Identify risk and opportunities to the demand forecast and elevate to the commercial teams.
- Accountable for shared Key Performance Indicators (Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, On Time in Full (OTIF), Daily Sales Conformance, Customer Metrics/Feedback).
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3+ years of related professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with exporting and manipulating large data sets within Excel and familiarity with key formulas (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, PIVOT, SUMIFS etc.).
- Individual contributor who works independently with minimal supervision.
- Highly developed analytical skills.
- Organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and communication skills.

- Relationship builder.
- Strong awareness of customer impact to demand signals.
- Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.

Location
This role is located onsite, 3 days a week at our Warren, NJ headquarters.
Pay
The expected salary range will be $104,505 - $156,757.
