This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a healthcare environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Accountable for global demand planning and forecast ownership for the US
- Lead the monthly regional demand planning cycle, including statistical forecasting and cross-functional reviews
- Own the 24-month forecast horizon for assigned regions or product families
- Integrate market insights into the demand plan to reflect seasonality and customer behaviors
- Analyze forecast accuracy and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement
- Provide insights to support inventory management and optimization strategies
- Facilitate IBP meetings, present demand risks, and ensure alignment with revenue and inventory strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, IBP/S&OP or supply chain management; global or complex environment preferred
- Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Analytics (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in statistical modeling and forecasting tools
- Experience in medical device, healthcare technology, or regulated manufacturing industries (preferred)

Pay
$110,000 – $130,000 annually
