Demand Generation Associate

About the role

We’re looking for a Demand Generation Associate who is ready to join our Global Demand Generation Team. This role is built for a versatile marketer who can own their own projects from start to finish while also serving as a go-to resource for the broader team on a variety of initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the Campaign Lifecycle: Take a rough idea (like a new content launch), build out a launch plan, work with cross-functional teams to gather all the assets, launch in market, and report on results.
• Collaborate Everywhere: Act as a bridge between our internal teams (Creative, Content, and Operations) and our external media agency to ensure campaigns launch on time and drive results to meet our team’s commitment to revenue goals.
• Master of Digital Experience: Work with our Marketing Ops and Web leads to enhance the digital experience. Support the technical setup of a campaign in Marketo, develop connection points between an email newsletter and binging content, and help increase time on site and convert prospects into customers.
• Keep the Engine Running: Support various team-wide initiatives and bring a willingness to learn to every project.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in demand gen, marketing ops, or a similar digital marketing role.
• Hands-on Marketo experience: Comfortable building programs and managing assets within the platform.
• Campaign experience: Successfully ran campaigns and managed multi-touch programs before.
• Project Management: Used tools like Asana to keep work organized and transparent.
• Agency experience: Know how to work with external partners to get the best results.

Pay

IAS Pay Transparency: The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location, and any additional locations are listed below. Our pay ranges are based on the work location. As part of IAS compensation package, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, health insurance (medical, dental, vision) as well as PPO, HSA and FSA options and 401k with employer matching contributions. Each candidate’s compensation package is based on multiple factors, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need.
