About the role

Delta World Tire is hiring for various positions including General Service Technician, Lube Tech, Mechanic/Technicians, Master Technicians, Sales & Service Advisors, and Management roles. Positions offer competitive pay rates starting from $15/hr for Lube Techs to up to $45/hr for Master Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports customers to and from their place of residence or business using the company vehicle.
• Picks up parts, supplies, tires, etc. from vendors and/or the corporate office using the company vehicle.
• Operates company vehicle in a safe and courteous manner obeying all traffic laws.
• Cleans and maintains the shop to include the service area, tire racks, showroom, and outside the building to maintain a clean and inviting appearance.
• Follows all safety procedures and reports any concerns to the Shop Foreman or Store Manager.
• Observes general vehicle condition and points out any obvious needed repairs or safety concerns to the Shop Foreman or Store Manager.
• Maintains cleanliness of the shop to include the service area, tire racks, showroom and outside the building to maintain a clean and inviting appearance.
• Utilizes the company’s Multi-point Inspection and/or Repair Order to properly document the vehicle condition.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays.

Pay

• General Service Technician: Up to $18/hr.
• Lube Tech: Starting at $15/hr.
• Mechanic/Technicians: Up to $30/hr.
• Master Technicians: Up to $45/hr.
• Sales & Service Advisors: Up to $20/hr + bonus opportunities.
• Management: Hourly + commission + bonus.
