Job Summary
New Graduate RNs are now being hired at Delray Medical Center! A sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 is available.
About the Role
The RN provides high quality, safe, cost-effective, total nursing care to all patients. The RN assumes responsibility for overall coordination of the patient’s experience and integration of patient care based on the nursing process. The RN directs high quality and patient-focused care according to established standards of safety, risk management, QI, Infection Control, with the goal being to discharge the patient with an optimum level of care provided.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum: Education recognized by the State of Florida as qualification for Registered Nurse licensure.
- Preferred: BSN.
- Experience: None Required.
- Certification/Licensure/Registration: Registered Nurse - licensed in the State of Florida. American Heart Association BLS certification. For Telemetry and higher acuity units: ACLS (AHA) and Basic EKG interpretation are also required.
Qualifications
- Education recognized by the State of Florida as qualification for Registered Nurse licensure.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- No prior experience required.
- Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- For Telemetry and higher acuity units: ACLS (AHA) and Basic EKG interpretation required.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols.
- Basic EKG interpretation skills.
