Role Overview: This position involves safely and efficiently transporting products via tractor trailer to various customers, ensuring proper delivery, unloading, and adherence to safety and food safety protocols. Responsibilities include: unloading products, completing accurate paperwork, maintaining vehicle sanitation, developing positive customer relationships, and performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED preferred; valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License required. Knowledge of DOT and Hazmat regulations, safe lifting, and delivery practices is essential. Must have the ability to operate large vehicles, communicate effectively, solve problems, and perform basic math. Physical & Environmental Demands: Regularly lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 250 pounds, and work in varying weather conditions, including cold, heat, and humid environments. The role requires physical stamina, alertness, and adaptability to work overnight, weekends, and holidays. Key Skills: Safe driving, customer service, problem-solving, organization, and adherence to safety and food handling standards. Benefits & Compensation: Top earners can make up to $150,000 annually with average pay around $100,000-$105,000, including route pay and bonuses.
