Responsibilities

• Supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in daily activities
• Assisting with meal preparation and cleaning
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment
• Collaborating with other staff members to ensure the best care for residents

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for making a difference in people's lives
• Ability to follow safety protocols

Skills

• Basic computer literacy
• First aid/CPR certification (preferred)
