Delivery Technician - Long Island City, NY

About the role

The Delivery Technician delivers, sets up, and picks up durable medical equipment (DME) in patient homes. You will educate patients on basic equipment use and ensure safe operation while providing high-quality customer service.

Schedule

Monday to Friday from 2:30 pm to 10:00 pm, with on-call rotation. On-call once every 3 to 4 weeks.

Pay

• Salary Range: $18.68 - $24.00 per hour
• Pay varies based on experience, skills, and location
• Eligible for Safe Driver Bonus

Required Abilities

• Ability to lift, carry and maneuver equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. as part of daily deliveries and set-ups
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one-year of related work experience is required
• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license
• Completion of Apria’s Driver Training Program
