About the role
Delivery Associates support the Online Grocery Delivery/Pick-Up department in Walmart stores. They load and unload product from their vehicle, deliver the merchandise, and confirm delivery with customers to ensure our products are meeting their needs.
Pay
- Hourly Wage: $17 – $30 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed required minimum wage applicable to job location)
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premium pay may be added ($0.35–$3.00 per hour) based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met
