Delivery Station Warehouse Associate
About the role
As a Warehouse Associate at the delivery station, you will be responsible for receiving, preparing, and sorting packages for delivery. Your tasks include loading conveyor belts, building pallets, scanning and preparing orders with handheld devices, and transporting packages to trucks.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer packages for delivery
- Use technology to sort, scan, and prepare shipments
- Build, wrap, and transport pallets and packages
- Handle truck deliveries efficiently
Qualifications & Skills
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
- Follow instructions in English
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Operate carts, dollies, and other moving gear
- Work in varying temperatures and environments with moving vehicles
Work Environment & Conditions
The role involves physical activity, operating and working around moving equipment, and working in climate-controlled environments with noise levels that may require hearing protection. Dress code is casual with safety footwear required in some areas.
