About the role
The Delivery Specialist is responsible for operating store vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain company vehicles
- Process deliveries using fleet management devices
- Collect payments on C.O.D. deliveries
- Pick up customer returns
- Communicate customer needs to management
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and security of keys, fuel cards, and collected monies
- Assist with customer service tasks, stock management, merchandising, and other store duties as needed
Qualifications and Skills
- Valid state driver’s license
- Good driving record
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations
- Quick matching of alphanumeric sequences
- Bilingual skills (especially Spanish) and familiarity with automotive parts are desired
