- Deliver an exceptional guest experience through a proficient and detailed demonstration of features, controls and benefits of vehicles including an overview of the owner’s manual, vehicle warranty and service guidelines.
- Provide activation and support of Audi Connect and/or satellite radio and delivery requirements of the manufacturer.
- Maintain a system of following up with guests utilizing their preferred method of communication to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Strong computer skills
