Delivery Senior Consultant, Workday Student Financials

Responsibilities
- Supporting the Workday Student Financials functional area lead through solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment for a higher education client implementing Workday Student
- Translating business requirements into system configurations and process changes, leveraging deep knowledge of Workday Student
- Analyzing current student records processes, designing future-state workflows, and configuring Workday solutions to best meet institutional needs
- Serving as the liaison between university leadership, functional owners, IT teams, and Workday consultants to ensure alignment and successful delivery

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Workday Student
- 3+ years of experience with the configuration of one or more of the following higher education Workday modules: Financials, Financial Aid, and/or Records
- Actively Workday Student Financial Aid certified
- Bachelor's degree

Location & Travel Requirements
- Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg)
- Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location
- Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
