Delivery Senior Consultant, Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Time & Absence

About the role

Our Deloitte Human Capital team helps organizations create value through people performance. We work with clients to reimagine work, the workforce, and the workplace across the enterprise and to transform their HR functions with AI and emerging technology. You will help clients answer questions like: How do I access, develop, and motivate my workforce? What should my AI strategy be for the HR function? Do I have the right organization and culture to enable performance?

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements and design workshops, provide guidance on solution design and best practices, and manage risks and stakeholder communications while ensuring alignment with compliance, policy, and operational requirements
• Drive high-quality functional documentation and disciplined delivery execution to minimize rework and support traceability
• Anticipate and manage cross-functional impacts across HR, security, reporting, and integrations
• Support change management, cutover, training, and transition to steady-state support to promote user adoption and successful business outcomes
• Apply working knowledge of integrations, security, reporting, payroll, benefits, and finance dependencies to guide solution decisions and delivery planning
• Direct cross-functional teams across functional, technical, integration, data conversion, and testing workstreams to ensure quality delivery, timely issue resolution, and milestone achievement
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of large-scale Oracle Time and Labor & Absence solutions, including planning, design, configuration oversight, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization

Our HR Strategy & Technology offering develops leading global HR strategies and implements HR technologies that drive transformation, maximize the workforce experience, and sustain HR effectiveness and value.

This opportunity sits within our Deloitte Center model, dedicated to driving impactful business services with a small-business feel and big-business resources. Center professionals work out of specific Deloitte locations with dynamic career opportunities and nominal travel requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM solutions
• 3+ years of experience leading the full life cycle implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor and/or Absence module(s)
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role
• Bachelor's Degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

• Preferred: Actively Oracle Cloud Implementation Professional certified
• Preferred: Experience with supporting or leading small functional teams in a hybrid delivery model
• Preferred: Experience with government/public sector projects

Schedule

• Hybrid Work Model: Residence within a commutable distance to one of the Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg) or Geo-Hub locations (Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, and Philadelphia)
• Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter
• Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
• Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance
