Delivery Representative

About the role
AmeriGas is searching for an energetic and customer service-oriented Delivery Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering propane to our customers while ensuring the highest standards of safety and service.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a propane delivery truck along provided delivery routes
- Fill residential and/or commercial bulk tanks with propane
- Deliver propane cylinders to commercial/industrial customers
- Perform all daily functions in a safe manner by adhering to all federal and state codes, as well as AmeriGas Safety and Operations Policies and Procedures
- Consistently use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Work 8 to 12-hour shifts based on fluctuating needs
Requirements
- Valid Class A or B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements
- Acceptable driving record
- Satisfactory completion of a DOT physical, drug test, and background check
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs

Pay
$27.50 per hour. Additional compensation may include eligibility to earn a performance-based bonus or commissions on completed sales depending on position.
Schedule
8 to 12-hour shifts, depending on fluctuating needs.
