About the role

The McKesson location in Fairfield, NJ is seeking a dynamic and motivated driver associate to join the team. This is a full-time/permanent position with a rate of pay at $22.72/hr. The role involves delivering medical supplies and equipment in a parcel van, Monday through Friday from 5:30 am until completion. The driver must reside in either Monroe or Mt. Kisco, NY to be able to take the parcel van home at night.

Responsibilities

- Morning travel to Fairfield, NJ to load freight and deliver for the route ending in Monroe or Mt. Kisco, NY area. - Secure off-street parking for the delivery vehicle to return it home each evening. - Maintain a safe driving history. - Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted. - Sit for 3 or more hours and stand for 3 or more hours frequently.

Requirements

- Current valid US Driver's License. - At least 6 months of experience in a parcel van or larger delivery vehicle. - Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted. - Verbal communication and customer service skills. - Problem resolution skills. - Safe driving record. - Age 21 or older.
