Responsibilities

• Local routes – home daily, valuing weekends; build client relationships face‑to‑face.
• Stay efficient during shifts to ensure life‑changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management.
• Participate in on‑the‑job training to become certified to operate power industrial equipment, specialized processes, and advanced automation.

Requirements

• Current valid US Driver’s License.
• Maintain a safe driving history.
• Age 21 or older.
• Demonstrated excellent verbal skills.
• Problem resolution skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Frequently required to sit for 3 or more hours.
• Frequently required to stand for 3 or more hours.
• 0‑1 year of experience.

Pay

• Base pay: $22.07 per hour.
• Incentive programs: up to 10% more for achieving goals, with an additional 6% stretch opportunity.
• Incentive paid out every 4 weeks.
• Overtime pay for hours worked beyond scheduled time.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 5 am until completion.
• Schedules shared two weeks in advance to help associates plan.
• Available shifts may change and will be discussed at time of interview.
