Responsibilities

• Local routes, home daily – we value your weekends; build client relationships face‑to‑face.
• Stay on top of your game during shifts by moving efficiently to ensure life‑changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management.

• Receive on‑the‑job training to certify in driving power industrial equipment, specialized processes, and to operate advanced automation.

Requirements

• Current valid US Driver’s License.
• Ability to maintain a safe driving history.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated excellent verbal skills.
• Problem resolution skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Frequently required to sit for 3 or more hours.
• Frequently required to stand for 3 or more hours.
• Must successfully complete and maintain DOT physical requirements.

Pay

• Base pay: $20.27 per hour.
• Incentive pay: up to 10% more for achieving goals, with additional stretch opportunities for an extra 6%.
• Incentive paid out every 4 weeks.

Schedule

• Work schedule: Monday – Friday XXXXXX until route is complete.
• Schedules shared two weeks in advance to assist planning.
• Overtime pay for hours worked beyond scheduled time.
• Available shifts may change and will be discussed at time of interview.
