Delivery Professional - Bulk/Straight Truck

Our Cincinnati (Forest Park), OH location is looking for a dynamic and motivated driver associate to join the team, delivering medical supplies and equipment for a leading healthcare company.

About the role

• Full-time, permanent Bulk/Straight Truck Driver position
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6 AM until completion (flexibility required on start times as this position may cover any bulk or parcel route)

Pay

$21.34/hour with the ability to earn up to 10% more in incentive pay for achieving goals, plus an additional 6% for stretch opportunities. Incentive payout occurs every 4 weeks.

Requirements

• Current valid US Driver’s License
• 6 months minimum experience in a bulk/straight truck or larger delivery vehicle
• Must successfully complete and maintain DOT physical requirements
• Ability to maintain a safe driving history
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Demonstrated verbal communication and customer service skills
• Problem resolution skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
• Frequently required to sit or stand for 3 or more hours
