Delivery Petroleum Driver

Duties & Responsibilities

• Achieve delivery objectives set forth by the local District Manager.
• Inspect vehicle daily and report any problems in accordance with company policy and DOT regulations.
• Drive a propane delivery vehicle to customer locations safely.
• Show a positive and enthusiastic attitude toward Safety, Sales, Customer Service, and Employee Teamwork.
• Work in all types of weather and conditions, including hot attics and cold places.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with existing and potential customers.
• Work flexible hours, including overtime during the heating season.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a Hazmat and Tanker endorsement.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have at least two years of work-related experience in gas delivery.
• Be capable of frequently lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Pass a pre-employment DOT physical, drug test, and Homeland Security Background Check.
