Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Pick up furniture and/or appliances from one location and transport them to our customers' homes.
• Assemble merchandise and set up.
• Perform routine safety inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Plan the safest and most efficient routes from your truck into the customers' homes, to minimize complications.
• Adhere to delivery schedules.
• Comply with all company policies and driving laws.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a furniture & appliance delivery personnel is preferred but not required.
• CDL is not required, however, all of our drivers will have a DOT certification. The company will provide that certification.
• Applicants will need to have the minimum of a high school diploma.
• Understanding of all relevant truck-driving laws and regulations.
• Clean driving record.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to go above what is needed to complete deliveries.
