About the Opportunity
The Delivery Partner is responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of workforce management services to clients. This role acts as a key liaison among vendors, hiring managers, and internal teams to maintain service quality and operational effectiveness. It contributes to meeting contractual obligations and supports smooth client service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day delivery of workforce management products and services.
- Maintain quality client service and manage site operations per contractual agreements.
- Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for efficient operations.
- Implement or improve processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- For payroll services: ensure screenings and pre-employment checks, conduct orientations, manage employee relations issues, and maintain accurate records.
- For staffing services: facilitate temporary requisition fulfillment, manage relationships with staffing suppliers and hiring managers, and resolve worker-related issues.
- Escalate serious issues that could impact client relationships or require senior involvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum 3 years in MSP client services, account management in staffing, or full-cycle recruitment.
- Experience with VMS platforms preferred.
- Knowledge of contingent workforce programs, staffing vendors, or payroll operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Salary range: $55,000 to $75,000 USD annually. Salary rates are based on experience, skills, and geographical location.
