Delivery Module Lead
About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Delivery Module Lead in Software Testing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Test Automation tools and frameworks, specifically WinRunner, QTP, Silk Test, Test Complete, and various Automation Frameworks. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through effective testing strategies and automation practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the software testing efforts for various projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Design, develop, and implement automated test scripts using WinRunner, QTP, Silk Test, Test Complete, and other relevant tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
- Conduct thorough analysis of test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testing team members, fostering a culture of quality and excellence.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in software testing and automation technologies.
Skills
Mandatory skills:
- Strong expertise in Test Automation tools: WinRunner, QTP, Silk Test, Test Complete.
- Proficient in developing and maintaining Automation Frameworks.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in creating detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Ability to analyze complex software systems and identify potential issues.
Preferred skills:
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience with performance testing tools.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience in working with CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in software testing or automation (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
