Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of data and technology projects
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Work closely with data engineers, analysts, product owners, and business stakeholders
- Track project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Ensure successful design and delivery of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data platforms
- Drive continuous improvement in Agile delivery processes and team performance
- Remove impediments and support teams in achieving sprint and release goals
- Provide regular delivery status updates and ensure alignment with business objectives
