Delivery Management Engineer III

Work You'll Do

• Drive technical projects and programs working directly with our onshore and offshore development and engineering teams.
• Bring a mix of hands-on technical expertise with the ability to manage onshore and offshore teams.
• Work with engineering teams, assisting with product and service delivery for AI, GenAI, and Cloud platform programs.
• Manage small projects or workstreams of larger projects.
• Engage with product or service delivery teams for AI, GenAI, and Cloud platform programs.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines with cloud-native and open-source tools.
• Help manage technical programs/projects with structured planning, reporting, and risk management skills.
• Handle requirements documentation (FSDs), map business needs to technical solutions, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Manage platforms like Kubernetes, Docker, ECS/EKS (multi-cloud preferred).
• Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience using Terraform, with exposure to related monitoring/deployment tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk.
• Lead product or service delivery with structured planning, reporting, and risk management responsibilities.
• Drive proactive collaboration between PMOs, executives, technical partners, and DevOps teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in CI/CD pipeline design and automation with a proven track record designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines with cloud-native and open-source tools.
• Experience managing platforms like Kubernetes, Docker, ECS/EKS (multi-cloud preferred).
• 3+ years' experience in Terraform, with exposure to related monitoring/deployment tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk.
• 6+ years' experience in product and lifecycle management with experience leading product or service delivery.
• 6+ years' experience as a technical program or project manager which should include structured planning, reporting, and risk management responsibilities.
• 6+ years' experience in requirements documentation (FSDs), mapping business needs to technical solutions, and stakeholder communications.
• 6+ years' experience with Git workflows, GitHub/GitLab automation, and best practices for source control.
• 6+ years' experience driving proactive collaboration between PMOs, executives, technical partners, and DevOps teams.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology or a related field.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
