Work you'll do
- Provide business design in supporting Client requirements based on policy changes and business expansion needs
- Create design deliverables such as Use Cases, Requirement and play a key role as a SME for development and testing teams in implementing the design
- Identify issues, risks and handle them as needed and work with all the teams including Client in completing the necessary action items
- Lead design sessions, support development team clarifications in technical implementation of the design and also support testing team by creating necessary test sample data

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Extensive experience with business analysis, functional requirements development, functional data requirements, business use case development and functional scope definition
- Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Pay
$120,000 to $175,000, with eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program subject to individual and organizational performance.
