Responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to address business challenges using Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solutions.
• Lead solution definition, resource planning, and pre-sales activities.
• Manage and grow teams to scale capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform, with proven delivery from concept to production.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in client consulting, project governance, and technical solutions.
• Knowledge of relevant Microsoft products and industry domains is a plus.
