Skills

• Strong ecommerce delivery experience across product catalog, search, merchandising, pricing, promotions, cart, checkout, order management, personalization, and payment integrations
• Hands-on understanding of Agile/Scrum, release planning, project governance, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder reporting
• Experience managing delivery for ecommerce development projects using ReactJS, Angular, Next.js, APIs, microservices, cloud, CI/CD, and DevOps delivery environments
• Overseeing AI and GenAI initiatives such as AI-powered delivery, support, intelligent search, recommendation engines, document processing, automation, and predictive analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead ecommerce and digital transformation programs from initiation through production deployment
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, resource allocation, delivery governance, and executive status reporting
• Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, and stakeholder reviews
• Partner with business, product, architecture, engineering, QA, DevOps, data, and AI/ML teams to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and deliver scalable customer-facing web solutions
• Oversee AI and GenAI initiatives such as AI-powered support, intelligent search, recommendation engines, document processing, automation, and predictive analytics
• Ensure delivery quality, security compliance, SLA/KPI tracking, productivity improvement, and business benefits realization
