Delivery IT Manager - Mobile Applications

Location: Miami, FL – Onsite 4x a week
Duration: 3-6 month Contract to Hire

About the role

We are seeking a Delivery IT Manager to oversee multiple scrum teams within the Guest Technology group. This role is responsible for managing enhancements and changes to a primary guest-facing mobile application. Key initiatives include implementing a chatbot, integrating AI for efficiency, and modernizing the application architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology support operations while driving the delivery of projects and initiatives.
• Drive accountability and predictability across multiple teams and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve and scale support and delivery through automation and AI.

Requirements

• Experience managing multiple scrum teams in a large enterprise-level environment.
• Project experience related to mobile applications.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and business-oriented teams.
• Background in software development or mobile technology.
• Experience in project delivery, seeing projects through from beginning to completion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project experience involving Artificial Intelligence (AI).
