About the role

Domino's Pizza is seeking qualified drivers to staff stores in various locations. They are currently experiencing rapid growth and offer numerous opportunities for advancement, including management positions and even franchise ownership.

Job Requirements and Duties

• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes.
• Should possess navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within designated delivery areas.
• Must be able to navigate through adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.

Advancement

Many of our team members have started as delivery drivers and have gone on to become successful Domino's franchise owners. Opportunities include moving from delivery driver to management, general manager, or franchisee, or even reaching the position of Manager Corporate Operations.

Qualifications

• General job duties for all store team members include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing orders, and cleaning equipment and facilities.
• Orientation and training are provided on the job.
• Communication skills are necessary, including the ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, communicate verbally with customers and colleagues, and make correct monetary change.
• Motor coordination and precision are required for tasks such as entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Work Conditions

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions during outdoor tasks.
• In-store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees in cooler areas to 90 degrees and above in warmer areas.
• Sudden changes in temperature both inside and outside the store.
• Exposure to fumes from food odors, exposure to cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, handle stress, meet strict quality control standards, interact with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions is essential.
