About the role

Domino’s Pizza Delivery Experts are the main point of contact with our customers. They assist customers both in-store and over the phone, deliver orders to customers’ homes using their own insured vehicle, and handle cash payments and tips. Delivery Experts leave with money in their pocket every day, including wages, mileage reimbursement for vehicle expenses, and cash tips.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders to customers’ homes using your own insured vehicle
• Collect and count money as part of the delivery process
• Assist customers in-store and over the phone
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, including a clean uniform and vehicle
• Arrive on time and ready for scheduled shifts with a fully fueled vehicle
• Adhere to company rules outlined in the Employee Handbook regarding dress code, conduct, and job duties

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards
• Must have access to an insured vehicle for deliveries
• Must pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Record (M.V.R.) check meeting Domino’s minimum requirements
• Must be punctual, reliable, and ready to work every scheduled shift
• Must be friendly, polite, and easy to understand when interacting with customers and employees
• Must agree to and sign the Employee Handbook
• Must be available to work some holidays and at least one weekend shift per week

Pay

Delivery Experts are paid wages and reimbursed per mile for vehicle expenses. They also receive cash tips from customers.
