Delivery Expert (07110)

About the role

We're looking for a Delivery Expert to join our team, ensuring customers receive their orders hot, fresh, and with great service. You'll navigate routes, handle payments, and represent Wow 1st (DBA) with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hot, fresh pizzas to customers efficiently and safely
• Use GPS and navigation skills to optimize delivery routes
• Provide friendly and professional customer service at each delivery
• Accurately handle customer orders and payments
• Safely transport pizza orders without damage
• Maintain an organized and clean delivery vehicle
• Troubleshoot and resolve delivery issues as they arise
• Adhere to company policies and safety regulations
• Report any delivery-related observations or incidents
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong navigation and time management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Basic math skills for handling payments and orders
• Comfortable using smartphones for delivery tasks
• Physical ability to lift and carry pizza boxes
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
