Key Responsibilities
- Perform local deliveries and backhauls
- Communicate with customers and team members to ensure accurate deliveries
- Offload materials using pallet jacks/lift gates
- Verify delivered materials with customers
- Maintain delivery documentation and vehicle safety checks
- Aid with warehouse operations including loading/unloading and inventory
- Support order staging and warehouse organization
Metrics
- On-time, error-free deliveries
- Customer satisfaction
- Safe driving performance
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of delivery/warehouse experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to operate forklift and delivery truck
- Attention to detail and organization
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
