Job Description
Reporting to the Operations Supervisor of MBG South Carolina, the Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate is responsible for driving and delivering pre-ordered products to assigned accounts, rotating and stocking products, and performing various warehouse duties. This role requires a professional with a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate assigned handheld unit to create and correctly place labels on products.
- Hand-select orders within various warehouse environments, including non-temperature controlled, temperature controlled, and bonded holding areas.
- Stack products on pallets following proper selecting procedures (e.g., do not stack heavy on light product, labels must face out).
- Operate an electric pallet jack or forklift to transport products.
- Stage selected pallets for loading at proper dock locations.
- Shrink-wrap products on the loading dock.
- Check the accuracy and stability of the load.
- Deliver products to customers.
- Merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards.
- Invoice and collect monies due from customers.
- Pick up company property as required.
- Secure company assets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
- Settle all accounts daily.

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Valid South Carolina Driver’s License required.
- 1-3 years of general work experience preferred.
- Local delivery experience preferred.
- Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience is a plus.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Driving record must be within MVR policy guidelines.
- This position requires flexibility, including the ability to work out of town, as well as early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
- Your regular start time will be established on your first day and will remain in effect unless business needs require a change. When possible, any schedule changes will be communicated at least one week in advance.
- Employees are expected to remain on duty until all assigned responsibilities are completed.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and DOT compliance requirements.
- Must be able to pass a background and drug screening for hire and randomly throughout employment.
