Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate

With over 250 team members and 173,000 square feet of production space, we are one of the largest screen printers in the country — and we’re continuing to grow. We’re looking for dependable, hardworking team members to join our Shipping & Logistics team at our Ypsilanti production facility.

Responsibilities

• Make local deliveries using company vehicles
• Load and unload products safely and efficiently
• Pull and organize orders for production and shipping
• Receive, sort, and maintain warehouse inventory
• Assist with packing, shipping, and warehouse organization
• Absolutely ensure deliveries are accurate and on time
• Communicate delivery updates and issues to the team
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift and move boxes/products throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Warehouse, shipping, delivery, or inventory experience is a plus — but we will train the right person

Qualifications

• Ability to meet the physical demands of this job including lifting, pushing, pulling of products.
• Ability to work independently and also function in a team environment.
• This position requires punctuality, problem solving and attention to detail.
• Candidates must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license and safe driving record meeting company standards.
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a delivery driver or in a related role.
• Experience with long-range deliveries is a plus.
• Candidates should possess navigational skills to read directions, locate addresses within a designated delivery area and must be able to navigate adverse terrain.
• Qualified candidates must be able to work on their feet all day, have the ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs., and be able to work independently.
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate delivery needs, including potential long-range deliveries and extended hours.
• Must possess strong work ethic and ability to operate with limited supervision.
