Delivery Driver *Up to $1,120.00 per Week*

About the role

Pacific Delivery and Logistics, LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is searching for motivated individuals to join their team as a delivery driver. This position is based out of WWG1 in PASCO, WA, and serves the Columbia Basin of Eastern Washington, including the Tri-Cities, Walla Walla, and Pendleton areas.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting hourly pay is $23.00, with the opportunity to earn up to $1,120.50 per week, including base pay, overtime, and bonuses. Performance reviews are conducted regularly, with potential pay increases based on pace, attendance, quality, and safety. These reviews include a 90-day review with a possible increase to $23.50 per hour, a 6-month review with a possible increase to $24.00 per hour, and a 12-month review with a possible increase to $24.50 per hour. Benefits include paid time off, incentive bonuses, paid training, flexible scheduling, and a safety shoe credit.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid Driver's License issued in the United States
• Must be willing to undergo a 4-panel (no THC) drug screen
• Must possess the ability to comfortably drive a large cargo delivery van
• Must be physically fit to lift and deliver packages up to 50 pounds

What You'll Do

As a Delivery Associate, you'll drive an Amazon-branded vehicle, delivering 150-300 packages per day. You'll interact with customers and the public in a positive and professional manner, and be responsible for safely driving and operating your delivery vehicle at all times.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times
• Use a handheld device for routing information and customer delivery information
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions
• Load and unload packages to be delivered

Schedule

The start time is 11:00am, with shifts ranging between 8-10 hours per day. Shifts are available 7 days a week, with a full-time work week consisting of 4 days and 3 days off. Weekends are preferred.
