Pay

• Starting rate: $31.19 per hour
• Increases to $36.71 per hour once training is successfully completed
• $15,000 retention bonus for eligible new hires

Schedule

• Monday through Saturday (potential for flexible 5-day or 4-day work weeks, based on business needs)
• Dispatch between 3:00 AM - 7:00 AM, depending on route and schedule, until completion
• Deliveries made Monday - Saturday; Saturday routes may be assigned as part of your schedule
• Home nightly

Responsibilities

• Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled delivery times
• Carefully unload products from the trailer using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand, and place in designated customer storage areas
• Verify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures
• Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable
• Professionally perform customer service responsibilities to enhance client experience
• Perform all pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
• Minimum of six months commercial driving experience (any industry) OR three months commercial driving experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry
• Ability to operate manual transmission preferred; may be required in specific locations
• Must be able to read and communicate in English (hold a conversation, understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and enter information on reports and records)
• Registration with the FMCSA Clearinghouse is required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shift
• Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift)
