About the Role
Bear Flag Fish Co. is seeking a full-time employee for our Distribution Warehouse. This hybrid role involves driving our company van 2-3 days a week (4:00 AM–12:00 PM) to deliver fresh seafood and other perishable items to our restaurants. The remaining 2 days a week will be spent working as a prep cook alongside our current team, preparing daily items such as poke, ceviche, salsa, specialty sauces, clam chowder, and more.
We are looking for a team player who is eager to grow with our company and represent the Bear Flag brand.
Responsibilities
- Drive company van to deliver fresh seafood and perishable items to restaurants (2-3 days/week, 4:00 AM–12:00 PM).
- Work as a prep cook, preparing daily menu items including poke, ceviche, salsa, specialty sauces, and clam chowder (2 days/week).
Requirements
- Ability to lift a maximum of 75 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Clean driving record.
