Delivery Driver (Part-Time)

Responsibilities

• Loads and transports flowers arrangements to delivery sites, as indicated by business needs.
• Performs any tasks needed by shop involving driving, including but not limited to bank visits, supply pick up or delivery and transportation of consumers to and from homes.
• Attends staff meetings as determined by supervisor.
• Attends any necessary trainings.
• Must cooperate with the licensee and department staff in any inspection, inquiry or investigation.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• The ability to exercise good judgment and remain calm in a crisis situation.
• The ability to interact with a wide range of people.
• The ability to establish a comfortable and supportive relationship with consumers.
• The ability to read and write English.
• The ability to lift 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Frequent lifting, stretching and other physical exertion.
• Exposure to various plants and pollens.
• A flexible schedule as determined by supervisor.

Skills

• Good judgment.
• Physical stamina.
• Customer service skills.

Pay

$16.00/hour
