Delivery Driver/Packer/Bakery Bread Production Team Member - Fulltime

Job Summary

Littleton’s Bakery at North Market is seeking a Delivery Driver/Packer/Production Team Member who is interested in learning more about the bakery and working closely with other team members to meet customer needs. This is a physically active position with a 3am start time.

Responsibilities

• Slicing and Packaging all breads
• Properly labeling baked goods
• Staging out bread deliveries by location per pick sheets
• Completing invoice sheets
• Delivering and staging baked goods for Littleton's Market
• Dividing dough by hand and with dough divider
• Folding dough
• Pre-shaping and final shaping of various doughs
• Taking temperature of doughs
• Panning dough and staging racks after completing
• Cleaning and sanitizing work area and tools

Qualifications

• Clean driving record
• Detail Oriented
• Collaborate with other team members
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong organizational skills
• Works well in/enjoys fast paced work environment
• Able to be on their feet, standing, twisting etc. throughout shift
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
