Ryder is hiring a Non-CDL Truck Driver in Neenah, WI — offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a driving career you can feel good about.

Pay

  • Weekly average pay: $1,075–$1,200
  • 49 hours per week
  • Paid training

Schedule: Monday – Friday, AM dispatch

About the Role

  • Deliver solo in WI, IL, IA, MN
  • Dedicated route with home daily
  • Tractor type: straight truck
  • Trailer type: 20–26' straight trucks
  • Equipment: pallet jack and liftgate
  • Ryder provides training on all required equipment
  • Freight: touch – auto parts
  • Operate well-maintained, safe trucks (36 months or newer) with 24/7 roadside maintenance and fueling at over 800 nationwide locations

Requirements

  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Minimum of 6 months of verifiable driving experience
  • Pass a Ryder drug test
  • Verifiable driving experience in like equipment (straight truck or box truck):
    • 6 months experience in the past 3 years, OR
    • 2 years' experience within the last 5 years, OR
    • 5 years' experience within the last 10 years
  • Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
  • Pass a DOT physical
  • Pass a Ryder road test
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and/or procedures

Note: This position does not require the operation of CDL-regulated equipment. However, candidates who possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License will be subject to FMCSA requirements, including a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse query.

Responsibilities

  • Safely drive a vehicle within and comply with safety regulations, continuous training, and customer service
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards, and guidelines
  • Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Load/unload freight or assist in loading/unloading freight if required by customer
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
