Description Get Behind the Wheel and Deliver Excellent Service! Join our team as a Non-CDL Delivery Driver! Drive a company-provided box truck to deliver products to customers, pick up returns, and ensure every delivery is handled safely and professionally. This hands-on role also includes daily loading and unloading, assisting with warehouse duties as needed, and building positive customer relationships. The primary job functions include, but are not limited to: Loads and unloads trucks both manually and using forklifts, pallet jacks or hand trucksTransport products (cased goods, drums, pails, bulk, etc.) to customerRepresent the company in a positive way, showing good customer relation skillsPerform pre trip, and post trip inspections which includes checking gasoline, oil, water, and tires and fills as required. Record any malfunctions of equipment on the Inspection Sheet which is reviewed by the supervisor and Safety ManagerPossess the ability to handle money from customers and be able to make change if necessaryMaintain a satisfactory attendance recordMaintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, work stations and shipping supply areas neat in the warehouse. Complying with all OSHA and company safety procedures, rules and regulationsMay be responsible for back warehouse duties when needed Qualifications The skill requirements include, but are not limited to: Must be able to drive both automatic and manual transmissionCourteous treatment of and assistance to customersHigh degree of attention required to prevent injury and damage to self and others when operating a company vehicleMust be able to follow oral and written instructionsMust have basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and divisionWork involves continual walking, lifting, carrying, grasping, reaching, stooping and crouchingWork involves climbing and descending stairs frequentlyAbility to lift a minimum of 60 lbs. of weight on a continuous basisAbility to read and write in EnglishMust successfully complete background check, criminal history checkMust pass a physical, human performance evaluation, and drug testAttitude that supports the Company’s goals and valuesMust maintain regular and prompt attendance Education Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred Certification Requirements Texas drivers’ licenseCompany forklift certification #AOC123
