Delivery Driver - (non-CDL)

As a Non-CDL Delivery Driver, you’ll help build America’s skyline by delivering products to customer jobsites while adhering to safety and DOT regulations. White Cap is North America’s leading distributor for professional contractors, supplying materials for projects like stadiums, roads, bridges, highways, and residential housing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers products to customer jobsites.
• Follows DOT regulations, ensures vehicle maintenance, and operates with a strong sense of safety.
• Ensures manifests and all paperwork are accurate.
• May assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment.
• Performs other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Possesses or can obtain a DOT medical card.
• Generally has 2-5 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with appropriate endorsements for the class of vehicle operated and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Minimum of two years of verifiable commercial driving experience, preferably in a delivery or distribution environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, including familiarity with DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to communicate effectively and represent the company professionally.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, including order pulling, shipping/receiving, and delivery documentation.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet business and delivery demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
