Delivery Driver (non-CDL)

About the role

White Cap is North America’s leading distributor for professional contractors, supplying everything needed to build construction projects including stadiums, roads, bridges, highways, and residential housing. As a Non-CDL Delivery Driver, you’ll coordinate and deliver products to customer jobsites while adhering to DOT regulations and maintaining a strong commitment to safety.

You may also assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring manifests and all paperwork are accurate. This role generally requires 2-5 years of experience and the ability to obtain a DOT medical card.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver products to customer jobsites
• Follow DOT regulations and vehicle maintenance protocols with a focus on safety
• Ensure accuracy of manifests and all delivery paperwork
• Assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment
• Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid license endorsement(s) for the class of vehicle being operated
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures, requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents
• Spanish language proficiency
