Delivery Driver (non-CDL)
About the role
White Cap is North America’s leading distributor for professional contractors, supplying everything needed to build construction projects including stadiums, roads, bridges, highways, and residential housing. As a Non-CDL Delivery Driver, you’ll coordinate and deliver products to customer jobsites while adhering to DOT regulations and maintaining a strong commitment to safety.
You may also assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring manifests and all paperwork are accurate. This role generally requires 2-5 years of experience and the ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
Responsibilities
- Deliver products to customer jobsites in a safe and timely manner.
- Follow DOT regulations and vehicle maintenance protocols.
- Ensure accuracy of manifests and all delivery paperwork.
- Assist warehouse staff with order preparation as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid license endorsement(s) for the class of vehicle being operated.
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures, requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
- Spanish language proficiency.

Schedule
