Monday through Friday, 4 to 5 days/week (based on route and business needs). Early morning start times.
About the role
As a Delivery Driver, you’ll play an essential role in keeping our customers’ businesses moving by delivering aftermarket automotive, RV, and marine parts safely and on time. You’ll operate a company box truck, interact directly with customers, and represent Keystone through dependable service and professionalism. Position Highlights
- $1,000 Retention Bonus — $500 after 6 months and $500 after 12 months of continuous employment
- Performance‑based hourly increases of up to $0.50/hour at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 15‑foot or larger box truck to deliver automotive, RV, and marine parts and accessories
- Load, secure, transport, and unload products while following proper handling and safety procedures
- Provide friendly, professional service and serve as a positive representative of Keystone when interacting with customers
- Verify deliveries, communicate with dispatch and warehouse teams, and address routine delivery issues as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and professional appearance
- Follow all applicable DOT regulations and company safety standards
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 6 months of experience driving a 15‑foot box truck or larger
- No motor vehicle violations within the past 24 months
- Ability to lift and handle freight weighing up to 75 pounds
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen
- Ability to pass a DOT physical examination
- Reliable, safety‑conscious, and customer‑focused approach to work
