Job Summary

A Delivery Driver is responsible for the delivery of product with their given account base and territory. The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, be able to work alone and in small groups, and enjoy a fast‑paced environment in the beverage alcohol industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections on a daily basis.
• Make deliveries in a safe and efficient manner.
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with customers and fellow associates.
• Assist the warehouse as needed.
• Understand documents such as safety rules, operations and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Secure company property at all times, including cash, checks, and the company vehicle.
• Maintain a clean and effective workplace.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must have and maintain a valid standard driver’s license and meet insurance requirements.
• Candidates with a CDL must be able to pass a DOT physical.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts if needed.
• Strong customer service skills and a solid understanding of DOT rules and regulations.
• Positive, winning attitude and excellent attendance record.
• Fast‑paced individual with strong work ethic.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Regular, consistent attendance is required.
• Ability to move or lift up to 165 lb on occasion and repeatedly lift 25 lb or more throughout the shift; remain on feet for extended periods, climb in and out of a truck, and navigate stairs.
• Ability to meet visual and physical requirements necessary to perform warehouse duties safely and effectively.

Working Conditions

This position operates in a climate‑controlled warehouse environment. Consistent attendance and adherence to safety procedures are essential. Dress code may vary by shift and will be communicated by the Operations Manager.

Schedule

Tuesday – Friday 6 AM – 4 PM, additional hours may be required.

Pay

Starting at $20.00 per hour.
