About the role

We are seeking a dependable, experienced Delivery Driver to join our delivery team. The role requires physical strength, stamina, and a clean driving record. Drivers must be organized, efficient, and professional while ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory stock matches delivery requirements.
• Follow a set, scheduled route for daily deliveries.
• Read maps or use GPS to determine and track the daily route.
• Load and organize product inventory from the warehouse into the vehicle and unload as needed throughout the day.
• Verify that inventory matches the manifest (shipping document).
• Scan or record delivery confirmation upon arrival, collect signatures and/or payments.
• Deliver goods to specific client‑determined locations.
• Check in with the warehouse on delivery progress as needed.
• Maintain and organize all delivery paperwork and submit it to the proper personnel at shift end.
• Report any accidents or vehicle issues encountered en route to supervisors.
• Follow all road rules, regulations, and company/state safety requirements for loading and unloading.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no moving violations).
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public, understand traffic signs, respond to inquiries, and complete reports (DOT/FMCSA qualification rules).
• Physically fit and strong; able to lift 25 pounds comfortably.
• Proficiency in driving and parking large vehicles.
• Experience using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts is a plus.
