Delivery Driver (non CDL)

About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to customers.
• Operate flatbed trucks with extra-long trailers.
• Maintain a clean and safe driving record.
• Load and deliver materials from 25' to 35' long specialized Metal Roofing Delivery Trailers.
• Maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Obtain and maintain a valid Driver’s License with a Class A endorsement.
• Perform safety checks on trucks and trailers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain a current DOT medical card.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License with a Class A endorsement.
• Must have a clean MVR.
• Must have a Forklift Operator Certification (if applicable).

Skills

• Ability to take initiative and solve problems.
• Attention to detail.
• Safe driving habits.
• Understanding of company policies and their importance.
• Clean MVR.
• Valid DOT medical card.
• F endorsement on current Driver’s License (if applicable).
• Ability to operate a forklift (if applicable).

Pay

$19 to $20 per hour DOE

Monday through Friday, no weekend work
